Oriva (a product of Smaks Enterprise) is committed to protecting your family's personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
Account details (name, email), learner academic information (subjects and marks you enter), and the applications you choose to track. We collect this only to run your application command center.
How we use it
To match courses, track deadlines, send reminders and digests, and process payments. We never sell your data. Your family's data is private to your account and protected with row-level access control.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from your account, or by emailing privacy@oriva.tech.
A note on accuracy
We verify and date-stamp application deadlines, but universities can change dates. Always confirm on each university's official portal. Oriva organises and tracks — your family submits each application on the relevant portal.
